3. Ordering and Payment Orders are confirmed after full payment has been received. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and Maestro. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
4. Processing and Delivery

- Estimated delivery time: 10–20 business days, depending on your location
- Orders are fulfilled by our international warehouse partners and shipped directly to your door
- Delivery may be delayed during peak periods or due to customs clearance
5. Returns and Cancellations All return conditions are outlined in our Return Policy, available on our website. Our return window is 30 days from the date of delivery. Returns must be shipped to our fulfillment warehouse located in China. The full cost of return shipping, including any applicable customs duties or export fees, is entirely the customer's responsibility. By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these return conditions.
6. Liability Harper & Logan Vancouver is not liable for loss or damage during shipping once tracking confirms delivery to the address provided. Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at the time of ordering. Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
7. Customs and Import Duties For international shipments, local customs duties or import taxes may apply. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. Harper & Logan Vancouver has no control over customs processes or related delays.

9. Complaints Complaints can be submitted in writing via through our contact form. We aim to respond within 5 business days. We are committed to resolving any issues fairly and promptly.
10. Applicable Law These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.
