Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction matters to us. If something isn't quite right, we want to make it as straightforward as possible.

Return Window Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Conditions

✔ Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, with all original tags attached

✔ Trying on items is fine — worn or washed items are not eligible 

How to Start a Return Email us at info@harper-logan.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 2 business days with full instructions. Once your return request is approved, our team will provide the full return address and shipping instructions by email. This allows us to log your return and ensure it is processed without delay upon arrival.

Return Shipping — Important Harper & Logan ships globally from fulfillment centres, and all approved returns must be sent to our warehouse in China.

Please read the following carefully before initiating a return:

✔ Return shipping costs are entirely the customer's responsibility

✔ Any applicable customs duties, export fees, or carrier surcharges are also the customer's responsibility

✔ We are unable to provide prepaid return labels or estimate return costs, as these vary by location, carrier, and parcel weight

✔ We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method — we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit

We understand this is a consideration, and we're always happy to help you determine whether a return is the right option or whether an alternative solution might work better for you.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 14 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive a confirmation email when it's been issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Received something damaged or not what you ordered? Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you — no return required in most cases.
